Lancashire Group has become the third major firm to buy and successfully go live on recently launched product Sequel Impact, Sequel’s risk exposure and aggregation product.
Stuart Blakeborough, group chief operating officer at Lancashire says: “We looked very carefully at what was available in the market to support our specialist underwriting decision making – and we chose Sequel Impact. Lancashire is the third major insurance company to buy the risk exposure product which was launched in the autumn of 2013. Sequel Impact gives the underwriter’s front office, for the first time, in one product and in real time, an accurate graphically displayed exposure and analysis management tool. Cloud based or hosted locally, it is available on devices ranging from desktops to tablets. Sequel says little training is needed and the product can be up and running in a matter of days.
