PartnerRe hires Hannover Re veteran Brian Newman to bolster life & health leadership
Bermuda-based reinsurer PartnerRe has appointed Hannover Re veteran Brian Newman as chief data and operations officer to bolster its life and health (L&H) operations at the executive level.
Newman joins PartnerRe after six years at Hannover Life Re US, most recently as senior vice president of operations. He previously led liability data services at Legal & General following a seven-year stint at Hannover Life Re UK.
He has also held roles at Scottish Re, ING Re, Jefferson Pilot Financial, Nelson Hurst, Exall Warren Darby, and Eastern Insurance & Reinsurance.
