Bermuda-based Conduit Re has appointed William Randolph (pictured) as its new chief risk officer, drawing on his two decades of industry expertise, primarily in the Bermuda and London markets. Randolph previously served as CRO at Relm Insurance and Validus Re, respectively.
Randolph will be based in Bermuda, responsible for managing Conduit Re’s enterprise risk management function. He will join the executive leadership team and report to CEO Neil Eckert.
Eckert said: “William is well respected in the industry, with a deep understanding of enterprise risk management strategies. His leadership, technical knowledge and expertise will be invaluable in enhancing our risk function, and reinforces Conduit Re’s commitment to maintaining the highest standard of governance.”
Randolph said: “I am excited to join Conduit Re with the mandate to lead and advance its risk management strategy. I look forward to partnering with the leadership team who are committed to strengthening the company’s risk and capital management framework and operations.”
