Arch Reinsurance Group has announced that president Matthew Dragonetti will retire in March 2027, concluding a 25-year tenure that began in 2001 as one of the company's first employees.
Dragonetti subsequently held a series of increasingly senior leadership positions, culminating in his current role as president of Arch Re.

He embodies our culture and has been relentless in helping Arch Re on its commitment to consistently deliver meaningful value to its clients. Matt will be dearly missed. We wish him the best and are happy his retirement will allow him to spend more time with his family.”
Dragonetti said: “I’m tremendously proud of all that we have accomplished together. It has been a privilege to work alongside such talented colleagues and to help build the business over the past 25 years. I’m grateful for the relationships I’ve developed throughout my time at Arch and have every confidence in the team’s continued success.”
