R&Q acquires Bermuda captives

Insurance services and investment company Randall & Quilter (R&Q) has acquired two Bermuda-based captives.

A spokesperson for the company confirmed that the R&Q has acquired two captives from Unilever.

Armitage International was placed into run-off in October 2011 while Berda Developments has been in run-off since December 1987.
