RenaissanceRe promotes Nicole Valadao to SVP, global head reinsurance operations

Valadao (pictured), who joined RenaissanceRe in December 2016, has been named senior vice-president and global head of reinsurance operations. Before joining the company, she was a partner and director of enterprise risk services at Deloitte in Bermuda.

Valadao previously served as head of internal audit at RenaissanceRe for almost 10 years, providing her with experience across the organisation.

In her new role, she will work with the Reinsurance Operations team and Business Solutions Group to develop the existing operating foundations and support the business's future needs.
