Former SiriusPoint executive joins Sompo's European board

Former SiriusPoint executive Monica Cramér Manhem (pictured) has been appointed to Sompo's International’s subsidiary board of directors for SI Insurance (Europe), SA.

She will serve as Independent non-executive director.

Her strong background, depth of expertise and guidance will be instrumental as we expand and grow our business in Europe,” said James Shea, executive chairman and CEO of Bermuda-based Sompo International.

Manhem recently retired from SiriusPoint International, the largest reinsurance company in Scandinavia, where she served as CEO. She joined Sirius International in 1985 and was a director of the board between 2014-2022.
