AXIS Capital to offer virtual access to its AGM

AXIS Capital Holdings will offer virtual access to its 2020 annual general meeting (AGM), in order to protect the health of its shareholders.

The AGM is scheduled for May 7 at 8:30 am ADT. Shareholders as of the close of business on March 13, 2020, the record date, are entitled to participate in the meeting. The deadline for registration is May 3, 5:00 pm ADT.
