Aspen to pay New Year quarterly dividend

Aspen Insurance Holdings will pay dividends on its preference shares on January 1 for holders of record as of the close of business on December 15.

It will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.3719 per share on its 5.95 percent fixed-to-floating rate perpetual non-cumulative preference shares with a $25 liquidation preference per share. A dividend of $0.3516 will be paid for each of its 5.625 percent perpetual non-cumulative preference shares with a $25 liquidation preference per share. And it will pay $351.56 for its 5.625 percent perpetual non-cumulative preference shares with a liquidation preference of $25,000 per share.
