Aspen hires programmes head for US division

Aspen Insurance, which has its head office in Bermuda, has appointed a new executive vice president of programmes for its US business.

Dominick Tassone will lead the programmes operation across the US. He will report to Cliff Hope, executive vice president, head of property and casualty for Aspen US Insurance.

Tassone’s appointment is effective as of October 1, 2015, when Tom Muller, head of programmes for Aspen US Insurance, retires.

Tasone joined Aspen in 2010 from Capital Insurance Companies, where he served as vice president. Before this, he served at QBE.

Hope said: "The US programmes operation is an important part of our insurance business in the US and with Dominick’s experience and leadership, we expect programmes to continue to deliver real value-add to our customers and brokers."
