ACE establishes internship program

ACE Bermuda has established ACE Select, a paid internship program geared towards Bermudian college students who aspire to entering the insurance industry. According to ACE, the program is designed to expose students to basic knowledge of the industry and provide hands-on experience working along several insurance lines. To apply, students must have completed at least two years of college at the undergraduate level, have a 3.0 GPA and  be Bermudian or hold Bermudian status.

According to Dr Crystal Clay, director of learning and development for Ace in Bermuda, “This is an opportunity for ACE to invest in our students's learning and development while they are employed with us. By doing so we hope to grow a pool of local talent from which we can recruit for future entry-level positions.”
