Mosaic appoints Chubb’s Brian Bonkoski global head of cyber

Bermuda-based Mosaic has appointed cyber and tech liability expert Brian Bonkoski (pictured left) as global head of cyber.

Based in Philadelphia, he will lead global cyber product development, distribution and profitability.

Bonkoski brings 20 years of underwriting and distribution leadership experience, including 16 years at Chubb as senior vice president and head of field operations. He has led teams across the US East Coast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast, and started his career as an underwriter at AIG.

Yosha DeLonghas (pictured right) has been promoted to global engagement officer.

DeLong, based in Chicago, will drive Mosaic’s market engagement across business lines, focusing on product growth, broker and client relationships, and digital sales initiatives.

DeLong joined Mosaic in 2021 as senior vice president, head of cyber underwriting, building its cyber business from launch. She previously held roles at Zurich North America, Gemini Risk Partners, Ironshore, Axis Capital, and CRC Insurance.
