Miller hires Katie Murrell as director of Sport, Entertainment, Corporate & A&H

Miller has strengthened its sports and entertainment offering with the appointment of Katie Murrell as director of Sport, Entertainment, Corporate & A&H, as it expands its specialist capabilities across the two sectors.

Murrell joins Miller from Tysers Insurance Brokers as director of Sport, Entertainment, Corporate & A&H. Based in London, she will report to David Griffiths, senior director of Sport & Entertainment.

Murrell brings 15 years’ experience in the insurance market, spanning financial lines, contingency and corporate insurance, with a particular focus on entertainment and sports clients.

She has worked with clients across both sectors, designing and placing bespoke insurance programmes for major sporting events and complex entertainment risks.
