A London-based life insurance linked securities has made an agreement with a fund manager to source and advise on up to $1 billion of transactions.
Farsight Partners made the agreement with funds manager AB CarVal, an alternative investment manager and part of Alliance Bernstein, for the transactions which will be primarily in Europe and the US.
