Howden taps Gallagher for Bermuda head of legacy team

Howden Re has appointed a veteran analytics expert to head its legacy and structured reinsurance team in Bermuda.

The reinsurance arm of Howden Group said Shireen Gammoh will be managing director of the team, having previously been global head of capital advisory and modelling at Gallagher Re. 

Gammoh has also been head of capital and reinsurance analytics at Flood Re and head of reinsurance analytics at Canopius Group. 

Howden Re managing director and head of legacy & structured Reinsurance Seth Ruff said: “We are thrilled to welcome Shireen to our team. Her experience in capital modelling and innovative approaches to risk and capital management will be invaluable as we continue to expand our legacy business, enhancing our ability to provide end-to-end advisory services for our clients.”
