Fidelis strengthens talent strategy with new C-suite appointment

Bermuda-based specialty insurer Fidelis Insurance Holdings has appointed Anneeka Patel (pictured) as chief human resources officer.

Patel will join Fidelis’ executive management team, and oversee HR functions across Bermuda, the UK and Ireland.

Based in London, Patel will report directly to group chief operating officer Jason Kittinger.

Patel has over a decade of experience in HR across financial services. She joins Fidelis from Deutsche Numis where she held the position of acting head of HR.

Kittinger said: “Her extensive HR expertise and leadership will be vital in enhancing our dynamic workplace culture and ensuring we continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent across our global operations.”

Patel commented: “This is an exciting time to join Fidelis Insurance Group. I look forward to leading the HR department, contributing to the Company’s growth and success, and supporting the development of its greatest asset: its people.”
