Fidelis Insurance promotes Nicole Kapu-Leyland to group general counsel

Fidelis Insurance has appointed Nicole Kapu-Leyland as group general counsel, reporting to group chief executive officer Dan Burrows. Since joining in 2023, she has served as interim group head of legal and has also held roles including deputy general counsel and senior legal counsel. 

Prior to Fidelis, she worked as an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher (UK) and Clifford Chance, with client secondments at Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank. Kapu-Leyland is licensed to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales.
