Everest promotes executive to lead North America insurance field operations

Everest Group has promoted Craig Hanrahan (pictured) to lead its North America Insurance field operations, overseeing the four US retail regions: Northeast, South, Central, and West. 

The Bermuda-based company said he will report to Bill Hazelton, executive vice president of Everest Insurance® and president of North America Insurance.

“Craig is a trusted and collaborative industry leader whose strategic vision, strong relationships, and results-driven approach make him the ideal choice to lead our North America retail field operations team,” said Bill Hazelton. “With Craig driving our regionalised customer-focused strategy, we are well-positioned to deliver consistently superior service for our retail clients and brokers.”

Hanrahan was previously Everest’s northeast regional executive for North America Insurance. Prior to that, over the past three decades, Hanrahan worked for Chubb, Marsh, and AIG.
