Everest appoints AIG’s Pamela Guerrero head of wholesale casualty

Bermuda-based Everest Group has appointed Pamela Guerrero (pictured) head of wholesale casualty at Everest Evolution, the Everest unit focused on the expanding US E&S market.

She  will report to Stephen Buonpane, president of Everest Evolution.

Guerrero joins Everest from AIG, where she was most recently construction industry leader for Lexington. She previously served as southeast zonal underwriting manager and held earlier roles in training and complex casualty underwriting in AIG’s Dublin office.

“Pam brings an impressive track record of driving profitable growth in casualty underwriting while leading both regional and national teams,” said Buonpane. 

“Her deep understanding of the wholesale distribution channel, combined with her strong underwriting acumen and proven leadership in building sustainable business portfolios, makes her a tremendous asset to our team.”
