Conduit Re has added Nicholas Shott (pictured) as a non-executive director to its board, serving on the nomination and remuneration committees.
Shott brings more than thirty years of leadership and expertise in the financial services industry to the board, specialising in advisory services to FTSE-listed financial services companies.
Shott forged a career at Lazard, where he held key leadership positions including vice chairman of European Investment Banking, head of UK Investment Banking, and served on Lazard’s London management board.
Throughout his career Shott has developed a wealth of experience in corporate finance advisory positions. He has held non-executive and advisory roles with FTSE-listed financial services companies, government and major media organisations, including Phoenix Group Holdings, where he chaired the remuneration committee and served on the audit, nomination and sustainability committees.
