Xceedance expands Asian footprint with Manila talent hub

Xceedance has expanded its presence in Asia with the launch of a new strategic talent hub in Manila.

The hub will strengthen the company’s capacity to deliver 24/7 support to more than 350 insurance clients worldwide.

The Manila operation becomes the latest addition to Xceedance’s network which already includes centres in India, Poland and the United States, and is designed to deepen domain expertise, broaden its regional footprint and boost operational efficiency.

The Philippines was chosen for its skilled English-speaking workforce, cultural alignment with global markets and cost-effective environment for scaling complex operational and digital capabilities.

Subramanian Sankaran, president and global COO at Xceedance, said: “The addition of Manila to our global delivery network is a strategic step forward in our rightshoring journey. It strengthens our ability to offer clients true ‘follow-the-sun’ support, ensuring seamless, around-the-clock service delivery.

“More importantly, it deepens our commitment to partnering with insurers by providing scalable, domain-led solutions powered by the exceptional talent pool in the Philippines,” he added.

Amit Tiwari, president, EMEA and APAC at Xceedance, said the expansion would enable the company to better serve both regional and global insurance clients. He explained: “The Philippines has emerged as a vibrant hub for insurance operations, and our expansion in Manila positions the company to serve regional and global clients more effectively.

“We are excited to welcome talented professionals from the region and look forward to building a centre of excellence that blends insurance expertise, technology and innovation.”

The launch marks a further milestone in Xceedance’s plans to enhance service delivery and expand its tech-enabled global footprint across the insurance value chain.
