PartnerRe to redeem three classes of preferred shares

PartnerRe will redeem three classes of preferred shares in May.

PartnerRe said it will redeem all of its outstanding 6.50 percent series G cumulative redeemable preferred shares, 7.25 percent series H cumulative redeemable preferred shares and 5.875 percent series I non-cumulative redeemable preferred shares.

The series G and H shares will be redeemed for $25.00 per share, plus accrued and unpaid dividends. The series I shares will be redeemed for $25.00 per share, plus an amount equal to the portion of the quarterly dividend attributable to the current dividend period until May 2, 2021.

The redemption will occur on May 3, 2021, with payment made upon presentation and surrender of the shares.
