Everest expands life sciences coverages

Everest Insurance, part of Bermuda-based Everest Re Group, has expanded its life sciences product to include property, commercial auto, and workers compensation.

These products join the unit's established primary product liability offering along with a number of coverage extensions.

The offering has been put together to address unique exposures - for example bio-contamination - found in the life sciences, property, automobile and workers' compensation areas.

“We are thrilled to bring this life sciences package offering to the marketplace," said Andy Faber, head of life sciences at Everest.

"It allows us to offer our customers a full suite of life sciences products, and, most importantly, the ability to customise them as they see fit for the unique needs of their organisation.”
