Essent integrates with Mortgage Cadence software

Essent Guaranty, the US subsidiary of Bermuda-based mortgage insurer Essent Group, has integrated with Mortgage Cadence’s Loan Fulfilment Centre.

The LFC platform gives customers a streamlined view of available mortgage insurance services with access to mortgage insurance rate and eligibility evaluations.

Essent said the cloud-based LFC platform from Mortgage Cadence gave customers a streamlined view of available MI services with direct and real-time access to mortgage insurance rate and eligibility evaluations, whether quoting or ordering, leveraging Essent’s proprietary pricing engine.
