Chubb has made enhancements to its proprietary digital Worldview platform, streamlining it for brokers and insureds. The changes allow customers to submit certificate of insurance requests online and receive same day turnaround - in select countries and products.
Certificates of insurance are required for many global programs and if they are not provided promptly it can negatively impact the insured’s business operations, said Matt Merna, senior vice president of Chubb Group and division president of Chubb North America major accounts.
Worldview was specifically designed to provide greater efficiency and transparency, said Merna. "Chubb Global Services is committed to improving customer service levels, and continuously looks for ways to create the very best experience for our multinational clients in managing their global insurance programmes,” he added.
The enhancements and capabilities are available to all US-based insureds and brokers who have a multinational program with Chubb.
