Christopher Harris has resigned as a director of BF&M as of Friday, September 15.
Harris joined the board in May 2018 after his stint as CEO of Montpelier Re for seven years.
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, board BF&M chairman Anthony Joaquin, commented: “We would like to thank Chris for his significant contribution both as a director and chairman of our Audit Committee. We all wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”
Harris had been responsible for all aspects of Montpelier Re’s operations in Bermuda, the UK and the US.
