Assured Guaranty to pay quarterly dividend in September

Assured Guaranty, the credit enhancement products provider, will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per common share.

The dividend is payable on September 2, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 19, 2020.
