The chief executive officer of Aspen, Chris O’Kane, has sold more than $3 million of shares in the company during December 2014.
In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, it was revealed that O’Kane had bought 23603 shares on December 19 at $24.44 and sold them the same day for $42.92.
On December 29, O’Kane exercised his right to buy 44,745 shares at $27.28. He then sold them on the same day for a gain of $792,881.
