Allied World launches comprehensive casualty cover

Allied World Bermuda launched Constellation this week, a suite of five excess casualty coverage enhancements combined into one package. Constellation will be added to follow-form occurrence policies issued by the Bermuda brand of Allied World.

The enhancements include a defence, assistance and cooperation provision, a payment of loss provision and business continuity protection. According to Mark Hoffman, chief underwriting officer of Bermuda and international insurance at Allied World, the product was developed in response to requests from clients and brokers alike.

Patrick Kenahan, general casualty manager for Allied World, Bermuda, said: "Constellation provides our customers with superior protections. We are confident that these enhancements will provide some of the most comprehensive protection available for purchasers of follow-form occurrence excess liability."
