ACE Group has named Neil Moon, currently head of casualty for Asia Pacific, chief underwriting officer for the same region. Moon has held leadership positions in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, amongst other regions.
With 25 years of property and casualty experience, Moon will be responsible for a broad range of underwriting disciplines, including portfolio management, data analytics, market research, product development and underwriting audit functions across the property and casualty product lines in the region.
Adam Clifford, who comes to ACE with 16 years of casualty insurance experience, replaces Moon.
Moon and Clifford will report to Paul McNamee, deputy regional president and regional head of property and casualty for Asia Pacific.
