Fidelis Partnership names former Arch exec Suzanne Wells as COO

The Fidelis Partnership has appointed Suzanne Wells (pictured) as COO. She joins from Arch Insurance International, where she was deputy COO and led UK operations and strategic transformation portfolio management.

She will be based in London. 

Responsible for driving integration of all operational aspects of the business, Wells’ work in the COO role will enhance client processes, the Bermuda-based specialty re/insurer said.
