Eclipse Re issues new notes on BSX

Artex Risk Solutions’ insurance-linked securities vehicle Eclipse Re has listed almost $35 million worth of new notes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. 

The listings, for $9.82 million in Series 2024-6A – EC0066 Notes and $25 million in Series 2024-7A – EC0067 Notes – were made on Friday. The notes are due on March 31, 2025. 

Eclipse Re is a risk transformation vehicle, working on behalf of ILS fund managers and investors, converting collateralised reinsurance or retrocession arrangements into investable notes with features more like a catastrophe bond, Artemis has reported.
