Carey Olsen promotes Falcucci to partner
Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has promoted re/insurance specialist Michelle Falcucci to partner in its Bermuda office.
Falcucci was promoted alongside five new partners based in the Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey, effective July 1.
The six promotions bring the total number of partners across the Carey Olsen group to 84.
The other promoted partners were: Richard Sykes (Property, Cayman Islands), Tim Bamford (Litigation, Guernsey), Rachel De La Haye (Corporate, Guernsey), Andrew Tually (Corporate, Guernsey) and Nienke Malan (Corporate, Jersey).

Falcucci joined Carey Olsen in 2019 from the London office of international law firm Reed Smith. During her legal training, Falcucci worked as a summer intern at Bermuda law firms Appleby and Conyers.
Carey Olsen said Falcucci advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on insurance regulatory and transactional matters. She also has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and alternative risk financing transactions involving insurers and insurance groups.
