Bermuda-based specialty insurer Ascot Group has appointed Tracy O’Hara (pictured) to a newly created role within its CUO office to strengthen its US financial and professional lines business.
Tracy O’Hara has been appointed deputy CUO for US FinPro, reporting to Jesse Paulson, Ascot US CUO.
O’Hara will collaborate with business leaders on underwriting strategy, governance, and risk selection to drive growth in financial lines.
She joined Ascot in 2019 as senior vice president for cyber and professional liability. Previously, she was vice president and errors and omissions underwriting manager at Axis, and spent over 16 years at Chubb in senior roles across professional and management liability.

“Tracy has been a trusted leader on our AscotPRO cyber and professional liability team since its inception in the US nearly six years ago. She brings to the role both a deep technical understanding of Ascot’s product suite as well as vast experience and specialised expertise across the landscape of professional liability, management liability and cyber.”
