Ariel Re wins Lloyd’s approval for new Syndicate 2006

Ariel Re Managing Agency has secured approval from Lloyd’s to launch and operate Ariel Re Syndicate 2006.

Ariel Re has launched Syndicate 2006 as a balanced, diversified reinsurance platform, covering specialty lines and property. The syndicate will lean on Ariel Re’s expertise in marine, energy, cyber, transition, and renewables to fuel further growth, the firm said.

Syndicate 2006 has secured permission to underwrite for the 2026 year of account, following Lloyd’s approval of its business plan and ECA in September.
