Hiscox unveils new NED

Hiscox, the international specialist insurer, has appointed Beth Boucher as independent non-executive director.

Boucher has over 25 years' experience at companies including Fortium Partners, SiriusPoint, Travelers, Pfizer and Accenture.

She is currently non-executive director, Audit Committee member and Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Coforge. She also recently served as non-executive director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee on the board of Omaha National. Alongside her board activities, she is a partner at Fortium Partners, and Research Fellow at Nemertes Research.
