AXIS to pay quarterly dividend in April

AXIS Capital Holdings will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per common share.

The dividend will be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31.

It will also pay a dividend of $34.375 per series E 5.50 percent preferred share, which is equivalent to $0.34375 per depositary share. That dividend will also be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31.
