Moonrock adopts mea Operations AI platform to enhance underwriting operations

Specialist drone insurance MGA Moonrock Insurance has deployed the mea Operations platform across its business, adopting a suite of insurance-specific agentic AI products to support underwriting and operational efficiency.

mea Operations, an AI-first operating platform, leverages a domain-specific language model (dsLM) and an insurance-specific knowledge graph to deliver end-to-end automation across all aspects of insurance operations. 

By deploying mea Operations, Moonrock will establish a unified AI layer across core operational workflows, including submission intake, data ingestion, document processing, claims handling and financial operations.
