HSCM bolsters capital raising ability with new hire
Bermuda-based Hudson Structured Capital Management plans to bolster its capital raising ability with the hiring of a former Goldman Sachs investment banker.
HSCM Bermuda said it had appointed Katherine Park as the head of capital formation and investor relations.
Prior to joining HSCM, Park served as the head of business development at several early-stage investment firms, including Pegaya, TriplePoint Partners and Grafine Partners.
HSCM said the appointments demonstrated her adeptness at fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth. At Goldman Sachs, she launched and led the US fund and private capital raising businesses for the firm’s investment banking and securities divisions.
Before joining Goldman Sachs, she was a strategic consultant with Bain & Company.
"We are thrilled to welcome Kathy to the HSCM family," said Michael Millette, Co-Founder and CEO of HSCM. "Her proven track record of leadership and her deep understanding of capital markets will be invaluable as we continue to drive growth and deliver value to our investors."
HSCM said: "We look forward to leveraging her expertise to further strengthen our capital formation and investor relations efforts."
