Everest International appoints new regional executive

Everest Insurance International has appointed Monique Kooijman as head of Netherlands and Northern Europe. 

According to the company Kooijman’s leadership experience, industry knowledge and local market expertise will be invaluable to the company’s business and will play an influential role in driving its European strategy.

Kooijman was previously at CNA Hardy. She joined the company as regional director Benelux in October 2016 and then became regional director Northern Europe, based in Amsterdam in January 2020.

Prior to that she worked for Chubb Insurance Company of Europe for more than 21 years, rising to the position of country manager Netherlands in July 2013.
