Brown & Brown elevates Jennifer Masters to lead international operations

Brown & Brown has promoted long-serving executive Jennifer Masters to international operations leader, expanding her remit beyond Bermuda captives as the broker looks to strengthen oversight and coordination across its international platform.

Masters assumes the role in addition to her existing role as senior vice president, Bermuda captive leader which she has held for over three years. 

She brings extensive experience in the captive insurance and reinsurance sectors. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Masters spent nine years at PwC across multiple positions, climbing the ranks to senior manager.
