Radix ILS strengthens engineering bench with Claire Niederberger hire

Bermuda-based, tech-focused reinsurer Radix ILS has bolstered its reinsurance infrastructure with the appointment of Claire Niederberger to its engineering team, as it continues to invest in scalable, technology-led capabilities.

Niederberger brings extensive experience in full-stack development and visual design. Radix ILS said Niederberger’s complex engineering and intuitive design abilities will power developments in core components of its mission to build a modern reinsurance infrastructure.

Niederberger’s appointment comes on the heels of Nicolas Plianthos, who joined as COO earlier this month, continuing Radix’s 2026 scale out.
