Xceedance partners with insurance distribution platform Novidea

Xceedance, the insurance consulting and technology firm, has partnered with insurance distribution platform Novidea.

Novidea’s cloud-based broker management platform (BMP) connects insurance distributors, offering data analytics, digital customer engagement and a specialised insurance customer relationship management system.

The deal sees Xceedance and Novidea join efforts to enhance Novidea’s BMP and provide superior customer service.

Justin Davies, senior vice president and EMEA region head at Xceedance, said the company’s experience using and configuring its Salesforce platform positioned it well to help build up Novidea, helping it overcome challenges around things like data migration and integration.

“The Novidea solution is an excellent insurance platform that helps manage complex scenarios within distribution; the product is differentiating, well-designed and builds skillfully on the power of the Salesforce platform,” Davies added.
