Watford sets the rate for its March dividend payment

Watford Holdings will pay a quarterly dividend on its 8½ percent cumulative redeemable preference shares on March 31, 2021.

Watford said it will pay a dividend of $0.47333 per share to holders of record as of March 15, 2021.

Watford adjusts the dividend rate on the preference shares at the beginning of each calendar quarter to a rate equal to the three-month US dollar LIBOR plus a margin of 6.6785 percent. The dividend paid for that calendar quarter is based on the number of days in that quarter.
