JLT to host cyber risk webinar

Re/insurance provider Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) will be hosting a one-hour webinar focused on cyber risk on 2 December, 2015.

The webinar, Reducing Data Asset Cyber Risk in Your Organization, is free and is open to registration now.

The firm, which has operations is Bermuda, said the webinar will offer some high level thoughts as to how companies should manage their information assets and transfer risk as needed.

It has been developed in conjunction with JLT Specialty USA and password management firm Keeper Security.

“With nearly 80,000 cyber security incidents worldwide in 2014 and more than 2,100 confirmed data breaches, all organisations in today's world face cyber threats and can be the target of hacktivists, foreign state actors, criminal networks, bad actors (both inside and out) or simply fall victim to innocent mistakes,” said JLT.

“Proactively addressing cyber concerns and data asset risks is essential to companies of all sizes as they seek to limit their cyber exposure.”
