Global Indemnity to pay dividend in March

Global Indemnity will pay a dividend of $0.25 per ordinary share to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 24, 2020.

The payment, which was approved by Global Indeminity’s board of directors, will be made on March 31, 2020.
