Blue Capital fund director departs

Neil McConachie, the chief financial officer (CFO) of start-up Fidelis Insurance, has resigned from yet another board.

He stepped down from the Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund’s board yesterday, June 11, 2015. McConachie has also resigned from Third Point Re’s board of directors.

McConachie has served on Blue Capital's board since the company's launch in November 2012.

“The board intends to appoint a new independent non-executive director to fill the vacancy left by Mr McConachie's departure,” said the company.
