AXIS makes triple senior hire
AXIS Insurance, part of AXIS Capital Holdings, has made a triple hire to its US excess and surplus property team.
Joining the insurer is Michael Worman and David Malcolm as senior vice presidents, with Lisa Finch being hired as a vice president. Worman and Malcolm will both have the roles of regional manager.
Worman, who joins from ACE/CHUBB Westchester Property, will be responsible for the West Coast.
Joining from Ethos, Malcolm will act as a regional manager in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Like Malcolm, Finch also joins from Ethos and will be based in the same city.
AXIS Insurance head of excess and surplus property Michael Carr said: “Michael, David and Lisa have extensive knowledge in the excess and surplus property market.
“Their combined experience, along with the ability to cultivate strong broker relationships, will enable us to further expand the business within their local areas.”
