Athene to pay quarterly dividend on preference shares
Athene Holding will pay a quarterly dividend on certain non-cumulative preference shares.
It will pay $396.875 for every 6.35 percent fixed-to-floating rate perpetual non-cumulative preference series A share. Holders of depositary shares will receive $0.396875 per depositary share.
Athene will also pay a quarterly dividend of $351.5625 per share on its 5.625 percent fixed rate perpetual non-cumulative preference Series B shares. Holders of depositary shares will receive $0.3515625 per depositary share.
Depositary series A and B shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
The dividend is payable on June 30, 2020, to holders of record as of June 15, 2020.
