Aspen promotes Brough to head US distribution

Bermuda-based Aspen Insurance Holdings has appointed Caryn Brough as head of US distribution, in addition to her current responsibility as group head of marketing.

Aspen said Brough has been with Aspen since 2017, and led Aspen’s re-branding efforts that launched in 2021.

“In her expanded role, Caryn will work with trading partners to represent Aspen in the US for all business segments, fostering communication and partnership, and will work closely with Aspen’s underwriting teams to deliver comprehensive distribution strategies and evolve them as needed,” Aspen said.

“She will continue to oversee Aspen’s global marketing and brand strategy and report to Jonny Atkinson, group chief business development officer.”
